Sorry, none of the examples thrill me. (And I am a big computer mapping enthusiast.) They all look like something from a video game, and not like useable maps. More of a 3D tile map look. The mountains in particular just look wrong to me The whole thing looks unnatural.
The top down 2D perspective might be a better example for useful maps, here you can barely see it as the 3D version is placed over it. A larger land mass rather than scattered islands might also help. The smaller islands may exagerate the cartoony nature of the map.
What I look for in a mapper is something that produces useful maps not maps that are pretty but not useful.
I use Fractal Mapper, have played with Campaign Cartographer, and use Dungeon Crafter on a regular basis as well. They all create maps that work well for my needs. I have also used Terragen for fractal 3D terrain, which looked much more natural than what you are demonstrating.
Please do not take this as an attack, I love mapping programs, but yours is not one that I would use as currently shown.
