Mapping Software for Campaign?

Is there a particularly good mapping software for world/kingdom level maps besides Campaign Cartographer? So far, CC2 is the only one I've seen that seems good for world-level maps. Is there anything else?

Has anyone had any experience with Dundjinni for campaign-level stuff? It seemed to me like the most you could do with it was battlemaps or maybe village-level, even with the Campaign Art pack.

NBOS Software has a nice map program that I realy like called Fractal Mapper™ v7.0 Ive used it for some time and know others here have also. Have a look at the site. Its real easy to use and has some nice features that help create anything from a cave to a whole world fully populated with living cities in no time.

There is also AutoRealm which is freeware. I use Fractal Mapper for most campaign world stuff myself.

For city and town level I use Izandwo/ Map X

And for interiors I use Dungeon Crafter
