I use Campaign Cartographer with a heaping spoonful of love for Fractal Terrains (also by profantasy) which together make world mapping a breeze.
I have Dundjinni, but I don't use it. I find it a bit impractical. It generates lush, color filled, pretty maps. But printing them would kill my ink cartridge.
I use CC2 at the computer more than printing, and CC2 is great for chronicling and hyperlinking, mapping things on a world scale, so it works for me. The layering features make it trivial to prepare specialized maps; I can even turn color-hungy layers off when printing.
