March 2006 FR Release

In Magic of Faerun, it is said that arcane magic is known as the Art, and divine magic is known as the Power. I'm betting that Power if Faerun is a book about divine magic in the Realms.

We don't have complete wizard or priest, either.

I admit that Complete Psion isn't perfect but Complete Psionic is weird. There is no such thing as a Psionic. Complete Psychic would be best but probably not D&D enough (and perhaps already taken by Green Ronin).

Just using the terminology from creature entries (like Mind Flayers) in the Monster Manual it looks like Complete Psionics (with an -s) would be most appropriate. Complete and Psionic are both adjectives so the name doesn't read right unless you have a noun of some kind, IMO. ;) Creatures have either Psionic Powers or Psionics, which implies to me that the words powers and psionics are both nouns.

An arcane is a lanky blue skinned giant that speicalizes in the sales of magic items and for a time, were known for their ability to get ahold of Helms used to power spelljammers, but of late have even been seen in Sigil and have evolved beyond mere merchants of the space ways.

I would agree with Henry. I think you figured that one out. :D

I’m not psionic fan but I think I pick up all of these books including the complete psionic book. :D

That they are. :)
So, where were they in Complete Arcane? ;)

Due to one of the portals mentioned to link FR with Earth, Wallmart representatives managed to get the Arcane to work at Union, which caused their stellar empire to nearly collapse as they were unused to working without extensive pay and working wherever they had to and the clientile in Union were quite specific about their needs.

*chuckles at Joe and Psion's/Alan's commentary*

Moving along, I am interested in these "Races of Dragon" thingies. What I want to know though, from Ari, is for his contribution, did you use anything from your experience via SL for shadow magic? (Meaning possibly a replacement for Penumbral Lord?)

*thinks that while more updates on the deities for Power of Faerun IS possible, feels it's more likely a look at various orgs in FR.*
