marilith trouble

i'm trying to understand the attack routine of a marilith
specifically the one in BoVD (marilith blackguard 10 pg. 129)

the marilith normally gets +13/+8 with it's first weapon then 5 more attacks at +13 and a tail slam at +11

but after looking at the multiweapon fighting feat it says

A creature with three or more hands can fight with a weapon in each hand. The creature can make one extra attack each round with each extra weapon.

does that mean that the marilith should be getting 2 attacks with her first weapon 10 attacks with her 5 other weapons and 2 attacks with her tail? would the tail not get an extra attack because it's a natural weapon?

also with multiattack, multidexterity, multiweapon fighting, and enhanced multiweapon fighting could she wield 6 large weapons at a penalty of -2 to all her attacks

Only the primary hand gets itirative attacks as normal, all other hand are off-hands. Unless of course, the marilith have the improved multi-weapon fighting feat. Even with that, only one tail slap though.

Okay, here's what this means:

Normally, a character just gets his iterative attacks, so the marilith would normally just get the two for her main weapon. Because of this feat, however, she can fight with an extra weapon in each hand, giving her an extra attack (not an extra two attacks; just one extra attack per hand beyond the two with her primary hand). So, as the MM says, she gets two attack with one hand and then she also gets these extra five attacks with her offhands, for a total of 7 sword attacks.

Don't ask how the tail attack fits in; she has a special unique ability that makes this work.
