And here I thought I was being clever by flanking a monster with the rogue and then using Aid Another so the rogue attacked at +4 instead of just +2.

Though I realize it's dangerous to be on the other side of an argument from Mouseferatu, I have to disagree.

I'm with you. The fighter is dropping a standard action to do nothing but provide a +2 to an ally, and mark an enemy.
