The Synthe-men racial traits sidebar is missing information from the main text. What does "highly resistant to poison" mean? How does their immunity to disease, resistance to poison and critical hits affect their level adjustment?

Immune to disease means exactly that, and for "highly resistant to poison", given them a +4 circumstance modifier on saves involving poison.

We figured the penalties they take on original thought and areas outside their specialty compensates for these immunities and resistances.

Truthfully, the Synthe-men, like the Greys, are not really intended as PC races. I can't see wanting to play "Drill Maintenance GH678J" -- but in the rare occasions where somebody comes up with a compelling Synthe-man PC, we figure that we'd leave things up to the GM.

Page 171 mentions how greys have "a touch of telepathy"- how does that work?

That would depend entirely upon what Psionics rules set (if any) the GM decides to use. The statement was meant as a guideline in the event that optional FX powers are used.

I got the HC today and it is great in terms of printing quality. I hope there are more down the line from Adamant.

We're very pleased with both the hardcover and the softcover. We'll definitely be producing more books in the future.
