Marshal/bard. Do bonuses stack?

Are there any items that grant a bonus to the marshal's aura?

Yes. Rearguard cape from Magic Item Compendium does. I believe there are a couple other MIC items that grant marshals bonuses as well. (Note that a cloak of charisma or a tome of leadership will indirectly increase a marshal's minor auras).

WRT Marshal and bard bonuses, they do stack. Bard's inspire courage is a morale bonus. Marshal aura bonuses are circumstance bonuses.

Magic Item Compendium had a magic item set that was tailor-made for bard/marshals. And yes, their abilities generally stack.

Yupp and that MIC set is great, it allows a marshal/bard to grant extra standard actions instead of move actions.
