Like I said, some of the MA feats you listed sounded promissing:
Choke Hold, Combat Throw, Defensive Throw, Evasive Target, Grappling Block, Great Throw, Improved Feint, Improved Grapple, Improved Trip, Pain Touch, Prone Attack, Unbalance Opponent
Here are a few ideas:
- Crippling Blow -> Crippling Hold
- Adding INT, WIS or CHA bonus to grappling check (To do a grapple and to get out of a grapple)
- Doing extra damage while grappling
- Getting a second chance of doing damage while grappling
