Master Scribe Prestige Class

Um...yes. Is that bad?

Not bad, just unusual. The only other PrC that allows similarly early entry (from WotC) is the Master Specialist in Complete Mage.

Hey, like I said, I'd be willing to put a wizard into this class. There aren't many prestige classes that I'd do that, since most of them are so lame. (That's why so many of my hypothetical builds end up in divine oracle instead of any wizard PrC.)

I will admit that I'd only put a wizard or an expert into the class (or a sorcerer, should I for some reason ever play one), but I'm not really sure what you could do about this. This is a very academic sort of PrC. It's nice because a wizard wouldn't lose power going into it, like he would in most wizard-themed PrCs, *and* it's not munchkiny.

Oh, and the cloistered clerics from UA might well take this PrC, too, so you'd get at least one type of cleric. :)
