"Sappolo" is a place in Japan, Hokkaido.

Sappolo might be a place in Japan, but Sapporo is a Japanese beer like Budweiser is beer in USA.
The Japanese don't distinguish between l and r, so Sappoloaded would mean loaded on beer. Or you could translate it as Matrix Drunk.
