Does anyone know how well Matt Colvile's MCDM products integrate with A5e?

If there are any problems with mixing and matching things from MCDM and A5E or O5E, I haven't noticed them.
A5e is backward compatible. Monsters from MCDM, Subclasses, Feats, Etc should all work with minimal modification.

Assuming the latter uses 5E rules, yes. Though I’m not familiar with that material,

I own the Illrigger and the Beastheart supplements so can only speak for them. I haven't run them in A5E or had anyone run them at my table, but the rules for both work with A5E (since A5E is backward compatible). That said, personally, I would give the rules for both a deep once over since there may be some conflicts since they weren't written with A5E in mind. Also could be some overpowered loopholes (especially on the Illrigger) for the same reason.

The Beastheart looked pretty good and I don't think anyone at my table would be interested in the Illrigger. Since strongholds are so different between A5e and MCDM I might just go with their strongholds and abstract A5e strongholds into just the benefits instead of them being physical places

Bigger question is why would you ever use a MCDM product. You can't even do a basic search on adventure lookup without getting crap results mixed in.
