Can someone please tell me what exactly the LeSHay are? I know they are fey, I know their stats and abilities (I've found references to those ad nauseum

What EXACTLY do they look like, act like, etc. I don't want cold game stats her, but actual flavor for my adventure. Most of my players are rookies, and all the pages I've found just seem to assume that everyone knows what they are, and just moves into the game mechanics.
