@Swarmkeeper I think for me the size of the mistake isn't as much the issue as much as how the MCDM folks handled it, which was relatively quickly, with transparency, and giving people options (as is, sticker, or wait for re-print). That goes a long way towards building good will to me, especially considering how some internet people/small companies act when they are backed against the wall and a segment of their customers (rightly or wrongly) start complaining - which is to say, unprofessionally.
