Not sure there is an "absolute" RSVP time. Once we open the games up for sign-up, it may be more of a factor of signing up to get into your preferred game(s). I believe we need to have all payments into U of M in early August...but if we stick with the currently developing plan, we already have all the costs covered.

Not sure if that helps or not. Of course, if you do sign-up of a game slot and find out you won't be able to make it, then I am sure a quick note to the DM to let them know and to free the slot back up would be welcme.
