[MEG] What is going on update for late Feb/early March

MEG Hal

First Post
Late February has our sites problems being tweaked and new freebies and all the web expansions are being added all the time.
Mini-painting contest is winding down.
We started our pdf program at http://www.rpgnow.com with our Giant Monster Rampage-Live Wire and E-Blight Magic.
We are getting some of our summer releases ready for PR with covers...you should be seeing covers and information on Dragonstar's Veterans, Player's Archive, Arcana Unearthed's Siege on Ebonring Keep and our first title for Armageddon 2089-Total War. With our underwater book close to completion Far Horizons updates also washing to shore soon.

But the news is that Dry Lands and Vigilance: Absolute Power will be hitting our online store in the next week and stores worldwide by mid-March!!!!!

We will be having some great announcements after GTS in March and unveil some of our latest and greatest projects.

Stick around and we will surprise you, 2003 is the "Year of the EYE"

Secret Project.

Not so long ago you tweeked us with a rumor that you, like Mongoose, had some special hush hush project that would be cooler than Conan. And as I recall the only clue you gave was "B." We now know that Mongoose has B5, so that's not your special secret. I happened to key more on the part where it's cooler than Conan, not so much the B. Follow my train of thought if you will. Conan was most popular in book form, so big fans of Conan tend to be readers of those books. So B could stand for an author. Now what does d20 need now more than anything? We've got D&D, d20 Modern and no d20 Far Future. So... My hypothesis is that you've come up with a d20 Far Future rules book and have gotten the use of David BRIN's "The Uplift Saga" as your setting of origin.

Uplift . . . GURPS

As part of my day job I've been working on GURPS Uplift. That should tell you where the Uplift license is.

mmmmm with a B???? I think I said with an A, meaning Arcana Unearthed and Armageddon 2089-Total War BUT we do have Fall of Man coming out Winter 2003 and that will be a post apocalyptic fantasy setting and will be a full OGL game and hardcover. It will be a great, refreshing. gritty game that will be a blast, more info on that system soon.

The stuff you're listing sound really cool and i can't wait to pick it up.

The real question is when is someone going to smarten up and give the d20 audiance what they really want.

You get the license we will make the game.

No... I'm sure it was an B.

Cool... I'm half psychic... I figured out a project for the wrong comapny. *grin*

Anyway... "Uplift" GURPS is a cool as d20. I'd still like to see a far future d20. Then you can have your Planet of the Apes. The whole collection. And a sequel to the latest release...

Web Enhancements?

Hal:

When I hit the Web Enhancements section there's just a blurb of text there. No "click here to log in" or "click here to enter your password"... nothing. When will this section be ready?
