Mega-Adventure Prelude--Tenebrynn's Revel

Tenebrynn gets quickly lost in the large turn out and has a hard time keeping up with all the guests arriving. He does his best to introduce himself to everyone that comes in but once the flow of people starts to ease off he wanders away from the door. Moving across the floor, he stops to speak with those he knows but he keeps it to small talk. He does however have a destination in mind. He moves over to where his librarian friends are to look for Kiara.

Eternity enters the hall trepidaciously looking around for her friends. All these people pressed closely together make her uncomfortable still especially after recent events. She tries to find her friend Hulgyr and discovers him at the table with the food. "Hulgyr, what is this party all about?"

*After he speaks with Hasin, Tenebrynn does catch sight of Kiara. She's writing something in a small book of some sort.*

"No, I haven't. A recent event changed my gender." Ashnar says, somewhat wondering how often this will come into discussion again this evening.

Juliana smiles, puts her hand on Ashar's shoulder, and says "You made the right choice then."

She scans the crowd again. "Has anyone seen Rowan?"

Michael nods and attempts to recover his savoir-faire .
"Right. Just...curious. I might go by the camp, then, and say hello. Pardon me..."

"Enjoy," Vanitri says as Michael rushes off.

OOC: you can RP Ros if you want. I wasn't planning on anything more than to say that she was there.

"So, Ironwolf, have you met our estemed host? Tenebrynn, meet Ironwolf. 'sis and I fought with him in the Pits of Earling."

Leaving Opale talking with Nodis about astral matter, he comes back to the table and gives a kiss on Valeria's cheek. He smiles at her and head toward another table where some drink are served. He grabs a glass of red wine and walks toward someone but trips and spill some wine on Kiara. "I'm sorry, lady. I didn't meant to disturn you." He takes an handkerchief from his pocket and clean up the wine. "Sorry, it will leave some marks... just a moment. Tenebrynn. Can you come here, I need your help to repaire a mistake I've made." He comes back to Kiara "A simple cantrip from Tenebrynn and all will be repaired."

Ironwolf nods gravely at Tenebrynn by way of greeting, and thanks him for the invitation.

ooc: Tor has met Tenebrynn before, but I don't believe Ironwolf has. Am I the only one having trouble remembering which of my PCs has met which of the other PCs?

Tenebrynn stops while Vanitri introduces Ironwolf, "Pleasure to meet you. Any friend of Vanitri's is a friend of mine, and I'm starting to realise just how many new friends I have tonight." he says smiling. Besides the librarians, Vanitri's entourage is larger than even Rinaldo's. Apparently distracted as Rinaldo sneaks past to spill his drink on Kiara 'accidentally', Tenebrynn quickly tries to extract himself to see to his friend's obvious attempt.

"Rinaldo?!" he says in surprise, "Please excuse my friend miss. Let me help you." Tenebrynn casts a quick Prestidigitation, having had a number prepared for the night's festivities. The wine is gone in an instant. "I've not seen you around the library miss, I guess I've been gone for so long. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Tenebrynn."

ooc: hehe it is fun to try and remember all of the adventurers that Tenebrynn has been in parties with, especially with all the people we recruited for M2 and the little side trek. Eternity is easy tho because she has only been in the one adventure.

"I'm...Kiara. I've been at the library too, and I remember you, but...I didn't expect you to remember me. Is it true that you slew a dragon? Nimmel's been saying that, but I told him I didn't hear that story."
