Mega-Adventure Prologue--The Council and the Fellowship

Yeah, a Nocturne -> Undine, followed by first level -> Nocturne would work.

Quozen's staying put, though, now that he's lieutenant and all.

Yeah, your own personal mage girl to get tarts for you, I see how it is... Wanna make a bet on how long that goes on?

Looks like the newbie -> nocturne, level 2 person ->Undine isn't going through. Oh well, I didn't want to drown in the ocean anyways...

Yeah, I already sent Gaius, and extracting a PC would be too much of an imposition anyway.

Bah, you're just jealous. And really, she didn't get me the tarts at all; Rayne got me tarts. [/frump]

(Not long at all, I guarantee you... Not long at all.)

I think we need to wait on the contributing GMs to be fully ready to start. From the looks of it, they were not as ready as I had anticipated. Watch this space :)
OOC: No probs was a bit worried I may have missed something.

Lily, bored with the proceedings, starts to worry at one of the covered seats with her claws. Eventually, she pulls a small piece free and starts up a lively game of tug o' war with her rat familiar. (the rat usually wins)

ooc: Bump :heh: I know everyone's busy, just don't forget us!

Back in his seat, Jinx finishes transcribing his summary of the meeting, having managed to cram it all in two pages of tightly written script. He spends about a minute burning the memory of the entire thing in his brain through autohypnosis; then he tosses the whole thing in the nearest available brazier, without further comment.

He proceeds to make a roll-up and lighting it up as the page burns to ash, visibly relaxing when the smoke bites into his lungs.. if there are any regulations against smoking in the council room, he'll simply violate them, looking rather unconcerned about it too.

OOC: Any level 1s left?
(OOC: Ashmodai, Jinx, Lord Baldrian, Lily, Maladar, Octavio, Peladus are left)

You could either go small and take half and we hope Solange appears, or you could try to take all 7 (or whatever subset of the 7 is still here). I think Octavio is high level though--he had to be pushed down due to Heckler having three PCs exactly the same level (and so they could thus not be in the same adventure even though by level they should be)

OOC: I'll poke her. I haven't seen a proposal by her yet. I'd prefer to have level 1s, but worried about my availablity due to other issues.

ooc: Octavio is a Rogue 2/Fighter 1. As I mentioned earlier, I don't mind sending him back to the RDI if there's no room for him. Whatever is easiest for the DMs. :)

ooc: Well, if someone runs an adventure that Lily can join, I'll run an adventure for everyone else left here. That way two small groups are in adventures, and they can move faster. If that's agreeable, just have someone send me an email with the topic and I'll get to writing the adventure.

Just to be sure, RA, is it yyou who master the Terra shard quest?
Yep. I was busy yesterday, and a lot of people were quiet until recently, so I wasn't sure if Michael being ready was enough to mean everyone was ;)

(OOC: If anyone does head back to the RDI, there is an adventure recruiting as we speak, so you will have something to do.)

(OOC: Yeah, I guess it's up to you--I would have liked to have full tie-ins for everyone, but it looks like only Rae and Patlin came through as collaborators. I think Bront said he'll be ready for FoH2 soon, and I don't know about Boddynock or Solange.

Boddynock's adventure is so cool (okay, I may be biased because I created the basic concept) and such a good tie-in that I'd run it myself if I weren't so busy. Actually, does anyone want to run Boddynock's tie-in instead of Boddynock? I'll give you the cool idea if you do. That'd be awesome

OOC: I feel bad. I won't be available to run anything anytime soon. I can barely run the adventure I have in LEB at the moment, and life is going to get a lot more complicated next month. If they can wait till April, maybe...

Lily, with her rat in tow, goes to see about finding some food. Seeing none in the building itself, she wanders out the door.
