Melee attacks vs grapplers

If characters A and B are grappling and I wished to to strike character A with a melee attack, is there a chance of striking character B ? The bull rush rules state there is a 25% chance of striking the wrong target when attempting to attack a participant in a bull rush, but the grappling rules do not appear to have similar provisions. Is this the case?

Correct. A melee attack is not subject to a % chance of striking wrong target when attacking a grappler.

Ranged attacks, on the other hand, do have a chance of striking the wrong grappler.
