Menu for a humanoid tavern

I'm putting together a one-shot where the characters are all humanoids. What should be on the tavern's menu?

Rat on a stick is the easiest place to start, but the crew here have got to have some inventive ideas for a tavern run by a gnoll and habituated by orcs, goblins, kobolds and more.

Extra Spicy Rust Monster Roast. With wooden implements to eat it.

Unicorn pie. With a cream dessert served from a horn. Very expensive.

Hangman Tree bark bread. Not only is it tough, it tries to stop you from chewing itself.

Phantom Fungus in a basket. The basket looks empty. You have to hit inside it to kill the fungus first and make it visible. The tentacles are already removed and served on a separate plate in marenade.

Brownies for dessert, anyone?

Beef. Lamb. Chicken. Fish...

Exactly what a normal tavern would have. No businessman would be able to afford the cost of keeping a larder full of humans...

Now, as a special dinner? Well, medieval food cannot get much weirder than what you'll see here. Lark's tongues in aspic, various mixings and matchings, blood and offal foodstuffs... Full of things.

Slainte,

-Loonook.
