D&D 5E (2014) [Merged] "We're back!" Threads

My biggest loss was my world building thread I had going. I was actually happy with where that was, and where it was going. Bad news is, I didn't have the opening history saved to my computer. Good news is, I had three of the four races I had worked out saved, so I will be able to put those back up easily enough.

Did you try Google cache? What was the name of the thread?

I don't run a messageboard, but I assume this reflects poorly on the company that's supposed to be handling your backups. Do you get reimbursed for them basically deleting 4 months of your website? Was this a screw-up, or malicious?

Man, what all did I have on here that I need to repost? Do we need to reupload things like ZEITGEIST adventures?

Looks like I've lost *two* levels! Down from 16 (spellbinder) to 14 (magsman). And so many lost threads/posts ... *sniff*

Crazy, sad that after all we've lost before that enw backups still are not good for whatever reason. I really feel for pbp gamers and those that have posted extensive reviews and/or resources. Ah well onwards and upwards, we've been here before! Good luck to Morrus etc in their rescue attempts.

Nothing to help the PbP folks of course, but for those posting homebrew content the lesson is - brew it at home first and then post a copy here. Don't rely on this to be the repository. (A bunch of stuff has also disappeared from Downloads too )
