Metal-Clad template LA ?

The metal-clad template, from the Advanced Bestiary (very good book BTW), has 2 CR entries, one with a +1 and one with a table (that's the good one), but no LA entry.

Does anybody know have created a table or something presenting the LA for each metal-clad variety ?
