Same place all the 3.5e errata is.

Also, I couldn't find it in the 3.5e FAQ, but the 3.0e FAQ specifies that touch range != fixed range on p. 24 (of the copy I have, which I just realized isn't the most recent; just Ctrl-F for "fixed"). The FAQs are here.

Finally, remember that mass lesser vigor (edit: and vigorous circle) has a range of 20 ft -- a fixed range. Thus, you can make the spell Persistent, and give all your buddies Fast Healing 1 for 24 hours. 14,400 hp of potential healing, per person. (The 3.5e FAQ confirms that this is legal, FWIW.)
