Midnight Second Edition

God, hope they never actually make a dwelf! ;) Anyway, their bindings have failed only once in all of their books and that was on the same company they have ever used, I am also a bit worried but i don't think it is truly fair concern, although one hard to dismiss.

Anyway, thanks for the information, Banshee, it is nice to read about Midnight somewhere else other than AtS now and then, if that was more common I could beat Crothian.. nah... I doubt I could even with that. :D

Well, I cheated....you may know me as Sliebhein Llyrandor over there....:)

I have had some problems with the first page sticking to the cover, but it does still feel more solid than both copies of the 1st Ed. that I've owned. Hopefully it lasts.

Still looking through it. Admittedly, when Rob Vaughn mentioned the idea of drawing on nexuses (nexi?) for casting spells, I thought that it was a fix for the lack of spell points in the game...but I was wrong.....you can still only get a max of 1 point per spell out of a nexus, which really won't help at all.

But aside from that, which is a beef I've had since 1st Ed., I'm liking what I'm seeing in the new book a lot.

Not cheating, just giving the whoel community an inside view from the most supportive fans of the setting, just that. ;)

Nice knowing that people change nicks aroudn the many sites... I like to keep it the same all the way. New offtopic thread on Ats, now! ;)

I was hoping to ask a friend for Midnight Second Edition, he's going to the US at the end of the Month, but I was wondering if someone could tell me what kind of changes they did to the Defender. It's my favourite class and I was wondering if they :):):):)ed it up.
Thank You

I have never seen a product that has made me quiver qith such anticipation, wow. My freinds and I are thinking to start up a campaign, and this looks really good. Just wondering, does playing in this setting stir up any hint of revolutionary fever? One of my freinds is an ardent Che follower, and if this is the case, it would be perfect

Sure that can be done, in AtS we have some PbP and although most of us like to start hard ont he survival side, resistance and war ae al possible futures for the game after 5th or so level, even earlier depending on the DM and the group's tastes.
