Is there any chance that he is making fun of the Faerun 'Thunder Twin' dwarf regional feat?

If he is, it's about time. Ever since I first saw that feat I've been trying to convince various DMs to let me play a pair of dwarven druid shapeshifters with that feat. Of course to activate their shapechange they'd have to touch fists and say "Thunder Twin Powers Activate!"

It's so hard to find a DM who appreciates a good joke character. :\

Actually their is a race in dragon compendium. It’s a twin race. Ever member of the race has a twin. They share hp and gold, but they have separate attacks and can move independently in the battlefield. Problem is if one dies, the other one dies as well. So twice as many attacks with twice as many hits taken. They are a LA+1 also. It has a whole bunch of new mechanics but they could be fun. By nature, they are very introspective and deep. really fun stereo type. hahah GET IT!!!???
