It was said that it also prevented vehicle movement. Cover all outgoing highways with this stuff and you can keep the vast majority of people from leaving and even with all the SUVs out there how many folks would be willing to get their Escalades, Navigators, and H2s dirty and dinged just to escape a quarantined city? :)

I've already seen a special on a directed-sound system. If you stand on one side of the specially made speaker you can't hear anything. On the "Business Side" it'll flat out knock you flat (figuratively speaking). It is incredibly intense and causes quite a bit of pain but is supposed to cause no permenant damage.
