If the wiki is to be believed It goes bad faster than normal milk once you pop it open. Since a lot of folks buy milk by the gallon rather than litre, faster spoilage is a problem.kenobi65 said:Americans tend to be resistant to change (witness our incapability of adopting the metric system or dollar coins), and the whole concept of shelf-stable milk just wigs people out, I think.
