Well, the feat is pretty powerful, that I will admit, but it can only be used once on a person. Period.

As to getting the truename from Delve into Personal Memory, it would make a good question for Monte's boards. I think Ill go do that right now

There's no rule that says it wouldnt work, so I guess its up to the dm.

I believe there is a specific rule that says you can't take 10 on knowledge checks, "as you either know something or you don't". Sorry for no other input Mistwell, haven't spend enough time with AU yet.

Nope, nothing like that in the book. It says you cannot make a knowledge check a second time about the same thing (under retry) for the reasons you give. But, it says nothing about taking 10. In fact, if you have two minutes to really sit and think about a question, you can even take 20.

I am not sure if this is a real rule, but I think if you can`t retry something, you can`t take 20, because taking 20 means trying until it works. (it takes twenty times as long because you basically roll 20 times and expect to have at least one 20 under those rolls, which is statistically correct )

The only skill that specifically mentions you can`t take 10 on the other hand is Use Magic Device, so I assume you can take 10 on Knowledge Skills (unless distracted, stressed or whatever).
