Mind Flayer Trilogy 3e?

I've been wondering, has anyone converted the Mind Flayer Trilogy to 3.5 or 3e? It's a great adventure set, but unfortunatly I can only find it as second edition, and as MTHAC0 rolls and the like aren't used anymore, it makes it very difficult to run. Anyone converted these?

I would really like to see these converted to 3e or 3.5, if possible...

That reminds me, I still need to finish my conversion of The Illithiad. Out of curiosity, is it kosher to take material from the SRD and put it into my conversion? For instance, some of the updated psi-powers I could just copy & paste into my conversion doc, but I'm not sure if that fits the guidelines.

I'll probably be converting these in a couple of months, along with the Illithiad. I'm also going to incorporate Paradigm Concept's "Unveiled Masters: The Essential Guide to Mind Flayers" which has a lot of material "borrowed" from 2E products. I'll be posting in the Conversions board, when I'm done.
