I didn't give them any new powers personally, all I did was basically try to convert their MM psionic abilities to work like psionics in the PsiHB. bsically, just considering what discipline the power is in and using that ability score's bonus, and then also using the standard 1d20 roll to determine saving throw instead of the 10+ that is common for most spell-like abilities. as for giving them new powers, I only have done so by giving them levels in psion, which, I think, is their favored class.
