I used to be quite the drinker, but after a particular evening when I downed most of a bottle of vodka and ate all of the fruit out of the Trashcan Punch...to no ill efects...I gave up heavy drinking.

However, in the intervening years, I've been diagnosed with high blood pressure. My meds, combined with alcohol, produce a multiplicative effect. 1 drink + meds = 3 drinks...at least as far as reflexes and body control go.

After a drink, I still think like a regular sober person, but I walk like I've had a few.

So I guess I'm a cheap drunk! Yay me!

I've drank over half a 26 of Captain Morgans (mixed with Coke, of course) and half a 26 of Raspberry Sourpuss (I mix with Sprite) and been only a little bit tipsy. Most of my friends don't understand the tolerance I have with hard(er) alcohol - but I can't help 'em; neither do I
