Ya know, it has been the standard in countries for centuries that children were exposed to drinking wine and such, but it was always: 1. At a meal and 2. In a social setting. It is a very common thing throughout Europe. It's when one begins to drink alcohol alone ... and it becomes as "necessary" to one as food is ... that is where problems begin.
