I have a whole bunch of these large plastic skeletons...
Which I'd like to convert into minotaur skeletons. This is for D&D 28mm scale or thereabouts. Skeletons are already suitable size for minotaurs.
My plan was to cut off their heads and replace with some kind of plastic/resin minotaur skull head. Where could I find such a thing?
I've been googling "28mm minotaur skulls" to no avail. Many thanks for any help!
EDIT: My overall plan is to "paint" them with a combo of gesso + nuln oil wash, maybe some minor metallic or brown highlights, and base them on either 1.5" (40mm) or 2" (50mm) bases. If the plastic takes kindly to heat reshaping, I may adjust poses slightly prior to "painting." I'm planning to leave the feet as is (no hooves) to spare myself headache, but if there's a green stuff trick that would be easy, I'm open to advice!
