Miniatures Help

That's a great link but unfortunately I can't take advantage since they don't ship to Canada.

It might be worth emailing the seller and seeing if they would make an exception. My wife sells on eBay and will sometimes make accomodations for things like that if a seller asks.

Does anyone have other cheap alternatives to official D&D minis? I would love to have blister packs of pre-painted plastic zombies, skeletons, orcs, etc. Are the counter collections anygood?

You might want to take a look at the Dwarven Forge Orcs and Skeletons. I have some of their orcs and they look good. I have seen their skeletons at conventions and they look good as well. Reasonably priced, often moreso at conventions.

And as an aside, are you Deadshot of Misteldale Adventures?

Aha! It's all coming together now! I am working on my next pbem idea as well so stayed tuned this week for an e-mail about the startup.

In the meantime, I'm going to check out those links!

Really. I grew up there in the late 70s early 80s and know most of the gamers from that time in the City. (MHS '82)

You my vintage or a newer model? I'm guessing newer model?

You are slightly older than me and I am a transplant to the city. I do teach at that other school down the road from your alma mater, though. ;)

Ah. A guy I know from way back teaches there too (Stu Buchanan). One of my best friends from Moncton is Andrew Campbell - he teaches Media Studies at McNaughton.

Small world. Welcome to ENWorld :)
