It's really nice :)

I have two of those .... hehe.

I hope they vary by color in the coming game.

Yeah, Tieflings and Dragonborn are seriously underrepresented. I think they both races will be very popular, so I think this is something of a problem. It's worse for Dragonborn than Tieflings, as at least there are some decent half-fiend style figs (the best ones IMO are the Skoli male and female by Reaper).

Reptus are good enough stand-ins for Dragonborn, but I've seen them IRL and they don't have the size and substance a Dragonborn should have IMO. I'd really like Reaper to make some Dragonborn minis for their Dark Heaven line.

Also a problem is the 4e Halfling, as most non D&D halfling minis are shoeless and on the plump side. But at least there are a bunch of athletic looking D&D minis to choose from.

There's actually a reasonably large number of tiefling minis in the game:

Tiefling Captain (Harbinger)
Tiefling Blademaster (War Drums)
Tiefling Cleric (Desert of Desolation)
Tiefling Rogue (Desert of Desolation)
Tiefling Warlock (Unhallowed)
Tiefling Warlock (Dungeon of Dread)

That's also excluding various miniatures that in my opinion make acceptable proxy tieflings, like the Fire Genasi Dervish or Phoelarch. (They fit the old "random demonic trait" tielfings better than they fit the new ones, but still work.)

Dragonborn are quite a bit less common, and I have a feeling they may have been a bit late to the party in terms of being included in the PHB, since none of the recent minis sets feature dragonborn minis like they do tieflings.

How about the redspawn aracaniss from Unhallowed? Maybe that one can also serve as a dragonborn.

Yeah, there are a few of the humanoid spawn/reptilian types that might work - the blackspawn from WotDQ is also possible. The main problem as I see it with those is that they have a tendency to be naked, whereas the art we have for the dragonborn has a tendency to be clothed. Some of the early draconians and half-dragons might work well, but Dragoneye minis are rather hard to come by these days.

You think the Reptus figures don't have enough substance?
The dragonborn may be big & tough but the Reptus figures would be about 8 feet tall if you thought about them in terms of scale. Personally I think they'd make great dragonborn.

Halflings are pretty hard to come by, that's for sure. If you can find old minis (back when they were 22 or 24 mil - just about any elf or human will do in a pinch (they're tiny compared to the modern 32 mil minis.). I'd check e-bay.
