It should but their may be a slight fee from your CC company but you will have to check with them to make sure as they are all a bit different.

You buy the HC and the PDF becomes available to DL for free. It's how Morrus does all his stuff, from what I have heard!

And note, if you don't do overseas orders very often, your bank may put a hold on your account or block the transaction outright. I have had both happen. Nowadays I call my bank in advance of any transaction happening in non-USD currency (had to do it for Level Up in fact!)
