Misty Isles by Wee Warriors! - Info Please!

I didn't know if this forum or the marketplace forum would be the appropriate spot to ask this question. Move me to where I need to be, if I've made a mistake

How much is this module, in good condition, worth? I know there is no "official" price, but anyone have a good idea?

I am thinking about selling it, but don't want to ask too much, or too little for that matter.

It is in good condition and a first printing.

Any info, please post away!

(Please don't tell me to list it on Ebay and find out. I just want an idea because I a friend of mine wanting to buy it off me, but I don't want to screw him over or find out I sold it to him for pennies on the dollar!)

"Misty Isles. Nothing known first hand. However, Trevor Dewey told me this was the weakest of the three modules. As it is also the rarest of them, it may become hard to find out whether he is right. Concerning rare: these three items are worth a lot of money, but are mucho overpaid currently, I think. Misty Isles was a 60-page digest-sized book."

I wouldn't recommend selling it. I consider myself to be pretty well acquainted with old TSR stuff (I'm a bit of a collector) and I never knew Wee Warriors produced a third module. It's quite likely very, very rare since it wasn't distributed by TSR.
