MM excerpts/previews general question

So, I've noticed a general lack of any "role" playing information or information about ecology or any much fluff at all in the monster previews so far (outside of the info on the 9 hells).

I don't want to argue about the merits of roll vs role playing, just wondering if you all think these are the complete entries, and we are totally losing fluff, or what?

I like the monster books that have a page on each monster, with interesting ways to use them. Interesting information about how they fit in the world...that kind of stuff.

Well, since each monster will likely have 2-3 variants. There could be a beginning overall fluff. Or the fluff could be covered, by the DC Lore.
