[MM2e] Salton City Needs Heroes! - OOC [CLOSED]

As far as Michelle goes, it seems like one reason the points feel sparse is because you're trying to do two concepts. There's the "Wolverina" thing that she started as, and the more Batmanesque skill/gadgetmonkey that she seems to be evolving into. As a consequence she has to have huge numbers in -all- her stats, and vast sums of skills, leaving little room for flavorful things like neato claws and reinforced skeleton.

Nothing -wrong- with that, mind. Just sort of the feel I got. You're trying to do a lot with just one character, and it's spreading her a bit thin.

Technically speaking... the only thing that makes her into a "wolverine/X-23" type of character is the claws and the regeneration. If the claws became a device and the points from regeneration were changed into skills/feats she would easily become a batman type of character.

Well that and her backstory.

Actually, that's a pretty neat concept. Sort of a "What if Wolverine had Forge's mutation?". The claws and skeleton were self-implanted. The regeneration is a prototype nano-bot healing system he's testing out.

I can see him wearing the Beast's glasses, crouched over a motorcycle engine (smoking a cigar), and using one claw as a makeshift screwdriver as he fiddles with something.

While we're sitting and waiting for some rolls to be done, I think it's time to ask something:

Do you want me to roll your saves and post the results? Or do you guys want to roll them?
Right now I'm assuming that unless you roll for a skill check you are taking a 10 (if it's possible during the situation).

Just in case, here is the link for Invisible Castle .

Anyways, I'll write a post of what's visible from outside the Benny's in case Rev want's Michelle to bust the heads of the gang banger who is trying to flee.

I think you linked IC somewhere else too, so I took it as a sign of you wanting us to roll. Personally I don't care. I'm not attached to making my own rolls, but if you want us to save you the work, I can.

I actually prefer the GM's doing the rolling, but if you wish I can do it myself. I kinda expect GM's to do things the way I did them while I GM'd here. That is, print the sheets and carry them around all the time so he can look the necessary modifiers at whim and do the rolling. (I suspect that not many do that, but deep inside I still expect it :D)

I myself have no preference, but in the case of MM2e I personally thing that its faster if the GM handles them.

I'm of course asking you guys since I'd like to see what you prefer to do.
