Well, I watch an above average number of movies, but I don't think it has
anything to do with my local climate (which isn't that bad, really). :)
 

While I am no fan of the movie, Fahrenheit 9/11 is practically a shoe-in for a Nomination, if not for Best Picture. I expect that a lot of Oscar voters are looking for revenge and want to symbolically win an election in their ideal America -- one in which only the blue states get to vote.

It was on p-p-v and is not qualified to run anymore.

I can't even think of a short list this year without looking some stuff up, so here's what I came up with so far: I'll watch, but this will have no bearing on my movie watching habits.
