Sorry, but I find them useful and I know I am not alone. I know it's popular to bash PrCs if you happen to not like them or not feel you have enough, but I daresay I don't feel modern is near as complete in its selection of classes as D&D/fantasy is. And some people do not jive with the thought of staying in a generic class forever.

I find feats more useful, especially since Modern doesn't have DnD's cookie-cutter classes.

I'm not seeing why more publishers aren't taking advantage of this.
