Any of the Goodman Games' Dungeon Crawl Classics line, made for low-level stuff, is great.

Into the Wilds, The Adventure Begins, Lost Vault of Tsathzar Rho, Transmuter's Last Touch....the list doesn't end there. All are fun, fairly fast & easy, little prep time, 3.5 compatible, easily fit into any setting...and you can get the PDFs cheap at RPGNow, etc.

You really can't go wrong with Goodman Games' DCCs!

The original trilogy doesn't have any particularly adult content, particularly if it is run as though inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean.
