I also reached out to Scott from Acaeum and he had never heard of one either, but said that errors aren't really collectible and don't increase value. That seems odd to me; as I'd think a one-of-a-kind boxed set would be collectible, but he's the expert, not me.
Don't believe anyone who tells you that. A misprint on a product that is now 'iconic' in tRPG history will definitely have interested collectors.

Oh, I'm sure. Just no idea how much. This is a first. Based on my understanding from Zeb, it was the first print paper that was misaligned on the folding and cutting machine. So that leads me to believe it may be one of a kind. Typically any print issues like this would be caught and destroyed by the printer and not even go out for distribution. So someone might think that has value. But not as much as a super rare product that was rare in the first place, like the orange B3 Palace of the Silver Princess or ST1 Up the Garden Path.

Think of how much ā€œvalueā€ we’ve gained from this conversation! It’s such a cool piece of history and brings back many memories of ye olden days.

Yes, this is purely a manufacturing/production error. The only "real" value it has is to someone who finds value in owning a curiosity. In other words, ripe fodder for one of the bigger RPG convention auctions.
