Mongoose does not print their own books. That's what the printing companies are for. If you have a defective product, notify Mongoose and they will try to correct the situation.
This is, theoretically, correct. However, it isn't always the case. I got a defective Dawnforge book from FFG and I contacted customer service about what could be done. Not only did I not get an answer, I didn't even get a reply. I am not pleased and am going to try one more time. If I don't get a reply this time, well, FFG will certainly know of my displeasure.
