A question to Mongoose. You mentioned that this new game is based on a TV show and a movie. Was it a made for tv movie, or a theatrical release? If a theatrical release, how big of a success was it?

Now it is not strictly science-fiction but then again the term sci-fi has been stretched a bit in the last few years....

Highlander?

That's my bet too. I may be losing my mind, but I read somewhere that there was a link from my original guess that it was Barsoom/John Carter and the not yet mentionable title of the other game.

Here goes:

1. ERB wrote Tarzan and John Carter.
2. Christopher Lambert starred in a Tarzan movie.
3. Christopher Lambert starred in the Highlander movies and made cameo appearances in the series.

I don't know if I like the idea, but its something that could be done ala Aliens style.

There is a very tenuous (and some might say anal) link between the game-that-still-cannot-be-mentioned and Barsoom. And the connection ain't Mars _or_ John Carter
