HALO the RPG if it's based off a computer license. Be a natural extension of the work they've done with Starship Troopers in terms of game mechanics.

HALO is my guess as well. There's a line of fiction book for it already. Why not.

Yeah, that's true. Doing some investigate work (why, I dunno, since I've basicallys sworn off buying Mongoose products due to their poor quality. But I guess I like a mystery), there is an entry on their blog which reveals a little more info:

It's actually a bit confusing. They say they have 2 licenses upcoming, at first I thought including the computer one, but reading the entry carefully, it actually seems like 2 plus the one based on the computer game.

So which is this post referring to? The one from the computer game or the gaming IP? Last night I thought it was the computer game, but now I think it might be something else - an old RPG now out of print. Traveller? As Mr. Boots mentioned, that's the only thing on par with Runequest. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I love Traveller, but am wary of Mongoose products.
