I'd just like to add my voice in praise of Adrian's writing. I'm not sure he's the best writer Mongoose have (I'm not even sure who they do have working for them right now) but he's the best adventure writer I know. I've been waiting for years for him to get a chance to do a big adventure project. As someone who's been frustrated by playing in several of his unpublished and unfinished campaigns over the years, too, it will be nice for me to see him actually finish one this time. It's astonishing how much more compelling a paycheque can be than a bunch of whining players demanding that he please please please finish off that campaign 'cos we want to know what happens.

Is trhe campaign set in a specific world? How easy will it be to place this in say the Forgotten Realms or Kalamar or even Eberron?

My guess is that it would be marginally easier than it would be to transport the Dragonlance series of adventures into those settings...

Also, the dark elves of Tellene are slightly different than those of other settings.
