(Monk Archetype) The Path of the Thousand Gods (based on the Diablo 3 Monk)

I was thinking to create a archetype based on Diablo 3 Monk, "The Thousand Gods Monk". Add a new spirit resource. The class has a spirit pool, that is replenished at half in a short rest and full in a long rest. And the true mechanic behind the class is that you'll use spirit generators as a action to generate spirit and then use spirit spenders for thereal fun.
The idea behind passives is to be like a small talent, so I'll need help rebalancing it.
The core ideas are:

  • Level 3: one passive + spirit generator
  • Level 6: one passive + mantra + spirit spender
  • Level 11: one passive + spirit spender
  • Level 17: one passive + ultimate ability
