Monk-Duelist

I was thinking about the monk, and how a monk that multi-classes after takes levels in monk can never go back, but retains all monk abilities, such as applying Wis bonus to AC. Now, cross this with the Duelist PrC (from Sword and Fist) who, at 1st level, gains the ability of Canny Defense (when not wearing armor, the duelist adds their Int bonus to AC while weilding a melee weapon). Do they all stack?
I would think so, but still hesitated when I looked at a monk I was building on another thread. Here are the stats I finally decided to go with (from a 32 point buy):

Str:10
Dex:16
Con:12
Int:14
Wis:16
Cha:8

I am chasing after some cool feats I want to try that requires Expertise (prereq of Int=13+) which is why I had the high Int.

With multiclassing, this monk can go right into the Duelist PrC after 7th level and have an AC=18 as long as he has at least a dagger in his hand. Is that right?

Go with siangham - lets you keep your Unarmed Attack rate.

Since you've multiclassed away from Monk and can never advance further, you may as well change your alignment to Chaotic and pick up a level of... gah, forgotten the name. A pirate PrC from the Freeport setting that lets you add Cha bonus to AC. (Obviously that doesn't apply to your character, but it might works for some other Monk/Duellist :) )

There needs to be "add to AC" classes for all five abilities.

You already can, with all but Strength.

Strength - none.
Dexterity - everyone.
Constitution - Forsaker (as natural armor bonus).
Intelligence - Duelist.
Wisdom - Monk.
Charisma - Freeport class, or Mystic Wanderer.

Here we go: The Freeport Pirate adds his Cha bonus to AC while wearing no armor, as a 1st level ability.

The Freeport Crimeboss adds his Cha bonus as a Luck bonus to AC as a 5th level ability.

The Bladesinger (T&B) adds his Int bonus as a Dodge bonus to AC while wielding a longsword in one hand.

It is time for a "add STR bonus to AC" class to be born!

A PC in my campaign is a fighter/monk/duellist, and the combination works pretty well. She has a fantastic touch AC and it all comes together to suit her elusive style.

I think there was an arcane duelist type PrC on Wizards site as well that gave Ac for Cha. I forget what it was but fairly cool. I suggested it to my Bard (monte) / fighter/ bladesinger player as a neat alternative. He wanted to be basically untouchable in a fight.
