Not a Decepticon

So here is an idea - make a feat that allows to substitute for things that were poping up in abundance in older editions or similair games, often in awkward forms. There was a Serenity Feat in 3.5 that made Paladin entire WIS based, removing Charisma. There was Kung-Fu Genius, which made Monk INT-based, Academic Priest which made Cleric INT-based, Pathfinder has Scaled Fist, CHA-Based Monk. This feat is supposed to do the same, but in a simple way. The idea is with it you can be WIS-based Wizard, CHA-based Monk or INT-basedRanger and it's supposed to apply to class features, multiclass prequisites and spellcasting, including spell save DC and Spell Attack Bonus. I could use help with checking out if it's worded properly, in accordance to rules of 5.5 edition, as much as we know about it now.Versitile
